HOME CITY
A heartfelt love letter to Singapore, We Are Home celebrates the strength in our everyday lives, the richness of our diversity, and the unity that carries us forward.
With the line “we’re a mosaic of hearts,” the song reminds us that everyone has a place in shaping our future—together.
Our hope as Singapore turns 60 is that we continue building a future where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired to dream big. This song is our way of saying: no matter the path, no matter the season - we are home.
Group Members:
(Left) Jaden Tan and (Right) Taylor Lai

WE ARE HOME
Maintaining harmony in society is not easy, but doing so has allowed Singapore to prosper as a country. The chorus of our song encourages Singaporeans to keep up the effort in maintaining harmonious relations with each other, regardless of our backgrounds; while the verse reminds us of how we are only stronger together and that we should not let our differences get in the way of unity.
Our hope for Singapore is that she will continue to maintain the harmony and social cohesion that we currently have in society.
Group Members:
(Left) Moses Dela Cerna, Ryan Tay and (Right) Miguel Adefuin

UNITED TUNE
Stars is a gentle reminder that even in our darkest moments, we are never truly alone.
The “stars” represent the people who bring light, love, and safety—a guiding presence through life’s challenges. This song invites us to recognise and cherish those who ground us, and to build a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and at home.
My hope for Singapore is one where we can coexist as a community; a place where we are able to lean on one another and a safe space that enables us to be the best and true versions of ourselves.

HOME IN OUR HANDS
Home City is a heartfelt tribute to the people who make a place feel like home. Blending warmth and nostalgia, this song is a reflection on growing up, shared memories, and the quiet strength of connection.
More than just a song about a place, Home City is about the bonds that stay with us—through time, change, and everything in between. In a world that is always moving, it is a reminder to pause, appreciate, and grow roots in the relationships that truly matter.
